The home also includes a game area with Ping Pong and poker, plus a dedicated workspace with monitor. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for your group, including both drip and K-cup coffee makers, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, cookware, and serving essentials. The hot tub is available year-round. Please note: access to the third-floor bedrooms and bathroom is through one second-floor bedroom, making the layout ideal for families and close groups traveling together. The home is not handicap accessible. There are no bedrooms or full bathrooms on the first floor, and the home includes multiple staircases.
Other Details to Note
This home is designed for peaceful group stays, family vacations, and retreats. To respect our neighbors and comply with local requirements, only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. The property may not exceed 14 total people onsite at any time, including visitors. Events, parties, receptions, and large gatherings are not permitted. Parking is limited to 8 vehicles maximum, and lawn parking is not permitted. To help maintain a peaceful experience for guests and neighbors, outdoor security cameras are installed. The headcount provided on reservation must be accurate as additional fees apply to groups larger than 9 guests. Failure to provide an accurate headcount may result in cancellation of the reservation. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided. We recommend bringing your own sports equipment if possible. While we typically provide pickleballs, paddles, basketballs, and disc golf items, equipment occasionally goes missing between stays. Head count is based on 2 people sleeping in each of the 3 king beds, 2 people sleeping in each of 3 double beds, and 2 people sleeping on the double bed pop-up sofa in the game room. We require a signed rental agreement, photo ID, and selfie verification prior to check-in. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs may be permitted with prior approval. Pets must be house-trained, flea-treated, and kept off furniture and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and any excessive pet-related cleaning or damages.
