Located just 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh, you will feel like you are at a country estate, yet grocery stores, restaurants, breweries and shopping are all located less than 10 minutes away. There is so much to do at this house that you may never want to leave, but the location is close to many fun activities. Clayton has a thriving restaurant scene. Mezcalito's is just 3 minutes away! First Street Tavern and Manning's Restaurant are Clayton must-trys. Enjoy a craft beer at Deep River Brewing Company. Swing by Fare Game for some arcade games and pizza. One bedroom on the 2nd floor lacks privacy because the 3rd floor of the home with 2 bedrooms and a full bath are only accessible from this bedroom. Please note that the home is not ADA accessible. There are no bedrooms or full bathrooms on the first floor. The home has 3 staircases inside and you must walk up a few steps to enter the home. We do not permit parties or gatherings. If you plans include having more than 8 cars arrive at this home, this home is not a good fit for your plans.

The home is monitored by outdoor security cameras and an indoor decibel monitoring system which does not record audio but tracks the volume/noise level within the home. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. Cats are not permitted. • Dogs must be house-trained and flea-treated • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds • Pets may not be left unattended unless crated • Guests must clean up all pet waste (yard & interior) • Excessive hair, odors, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or damage charges Unauthorized pets or violations of this policy may result in a $600 fee and/or cancellation of the stay. You should discuss any pets you are bringing with the host prior to booking. There is no smoking permitted inside the home. Guests may smoke outside. Linens and towels are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We suggest that you bring your own sports equipment. While we do stock pickleballs, paddles, frisbees for disc golf and basketballs, these items seem to get lost and we would hate for your visit to be interrupted by missing equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. We do not provide any food items beyond salt, pepper, cooking spray, and a few starter kpods. The kitchen has a k-pod coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and slow cooker. The hot tub is available all year to guests. Head count is based on 2 people sleeping in each of the 3 king beds, 2 people sleeping in each of 3 double beds, and 2 people sleeping on the double bed pop-up sofa in the game room. We require guests to submit a photo ID and a selfie prior to booking. A signed rental agreement is also required.
